Ken Sciarrino was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where he graduated from Medaille College. Still residing in WNY with his beautiful wife, Tina and 2 boys, Lucas & Gavin, Ken started Sciarrino & Associates in June 2014 after the realization that his Medicare clients require more choice when shopping their Medicare health insurance coverage. To this day, Sciarrino & Associates has provided affordable Medicare plan options to fit each and every Medicare recipient's specific needs.
Tina Sciarrino

Tina Sciarrino, also born and raised in Buffalo, NY, is a University at Buffalo School of Business graduate with a concentration in Accounting & Finance. Tina is a systems and analytical professional, having served many years of her career with M&T Bank as a Business & Planning Analyst. Tina moved over to Sciarrino & Associates in 2021 to take over as Chief Operating Officer.
Sciarrino & Associates Medicare Consultants was established in June 2014. Based in Western New York, our team serves Medicare recipients across all of New York State. We specialize in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans, representing numerous Medicare insurance carriers. Sciarrino & Associates provides affordable Medicare plan options to fit every Medicare recipient's specific needs.
Our representatives perform individual consultations via in-person and/or virtual appointments, taking time to educate our clients as well as perform a thorough needs and plan analysis, identifying any gaps in care and coverage.
Sciarrino & Associates will also review eligibility for various Medicare subsidies like Medicaid, Medicare Savings Program, Extra Help (aka Low Income Subsidy), and NYS EPIC (State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program) and identify eligibility for various Medicare plan types.
Sciarrino & Associates Medicare Consultants perform enrollments in Medicare plans, and provide comprehensive, ongoing service and support to our clients.
